The city of Kiel is planning its own digital agenda in order to be fit for the future in the age of digitality and attractive for its citizens' needs. This is a great task in which we support our own creative visions and demonstrate possibilities. As citizens and designers of this city!

We create a platform on the Internet. Through a good user experience the people from Kiel can better inform and communicate problems.

       我们在创建一个数字化的沟通平台。 通过良好的用户体验基尔市民可以很方便的得到他们想了解的城市信息,还可以对城市存在的问题及时相互讨论。

Neo.Kiel is an open platform of citizen participation. In its design, the logo points to the logo of the City of Kiel to show its proximity to the capital. The reflection of the word mark Neo can be perceived as a word play Neo Go and also associated with the abbreviation Non Governmental Organization.

DATA VISUALIZATION  
城市的数据可视化

We want to make the visualization of data, problems transparent and vivid. Using the example of the problem of the Ostuferanbindung in connection with the residence of the students of the Fachhochschule Kiel and the traffic connection of the Ostufers via the public transport, we show how clearly, understandably and easilyaccessible stories can be transported via data visualization. 

      基尔是一个由东西岸两个部分组成的城市,困扰公民的的问题就是东西岸交通的连接问题,由于交通的不便利,导致了两岸经济发展的不平衡的问题。我们对基尔市公共交通的出行数据进行了分析,然后进行了可视化的处理,问题一目了然。我们相信这是未来政府与民众沟通好方法。

We used the Participatory design method. We organized a workshop. We are looking with the government staff and citizens together for solution of problem. 

        我们使用公众参与式的设计方法。 我们组织了一个研讨会, 我们试图引领政府工作员和公民一起参与到我们的设计中来,大家来寻找解决问题的方法。

  1. 我们的设计促进政府与公民的平等对话,还有公民之间的沟通。

  2. 展现和储存公民个人的参与状况与数据,鼓励民众给出自己的建议。

  3. 更有条理展示政府所要公布的信息,能让民众快捷的了解政府的各项举措。

  4. 透明化的城市问题展示,把大数据进行可视化,客观的呈现问题本身,鼓励民众讨论。
